Terms of Service
Effective April 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PepHookup, the peptide therapy provider directory operated by PepHookup, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“PepHookup,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
1. Who these Terms cover
These Terms apply to three kinds of users:
- Visitors: anyone who browses the service without an account.
- Patients: users with an account who search for providers, save providers, submit consultation requests, or leave reviews.
- Providers: licensed practitioners and clinics that maintain a profile on PepHookup.
Provider-specific obligations are called out in Section 6. A few sections (account, conduct, disputes) apply to everyone.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PepHookup. The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you’re using PepHookup on behalf of a business or practice, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. What PepHookup is — and isn’t
PepHookup is a search-and-discovery directory that connects patients with licensed peptide therapy providers. We facilitate discovery and initial contact. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, healthcare facility, or party to the provider-patient relationship.
Submitting a consultation request through PepHookup does not establish a provider-patient relationship. That happens between you and the provider, on their terms, after you connect.
4. Medical disclaimer
Content on PepHookup — including peptide descriptions, regulatory status, and FAQ entries — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
Peptides referenced on the service may not be FDA-approved drugs, and regulatory classifications change. Always consult a licensed provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any treatment. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room — do not use PepHookup to request urgent care.
5. How we review providers
Before a provider listing becomes publicly visible on PepHookup, we review the submission — including the provider’s stated license and credentials — against public records where available. We reject listings that we cannot reasonably corroborate and we remove listings when we learn that a license has lapsed or a provider no longer meets our criteria.
Our review is not a guarantee of care quality, clinical outcome, or ongoing licensure status. You should confirm a provider’s current licensure and scope of practice directly before treatment. Inclusion on PepHookup is not a referral and not an endorsement of any specific therapy or peptide.
6. Accounts and your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@pephookup.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Consultation requests you submit contain contact information and a free-form message to the provider. Do not include information you’re not comfortable sharing with the provider and with us (as the party that relays the message). Requests should describe non-emergency interest in a consultation, not a medical emergency or active clinical issue.
7. Provider obligations
If you are listed on PepHookup as a provider, you agree to:
- Hold a current, unrestricted license to practice in the jurisdiction(s) you serve, and maintain scope-appropriate credentials for any peptide therapies you offer.
- Keep your profile information — practice name, credentials, location, hours, peptides offered, and availability — accurate and up to date.
- Respond to consultation requests professionally, comply with applicable privacy laws (including HIPAA if applicable to you), and not discuss protected health information through PepHookup’s unsecured messaging.
- Comply with the Review Policy — notably the no-incentive rule: you may not offer any consideration in exchange for reviews on PepHookup.
- Not make medical claims, outcome guarantees, or off-label marketing claims through your profile or any PepHookup content.
- Promptly notify us at support@pephookup.com if your license status changes or any profile information becomes inaccurate.
We may suspend, hide, or remove any listing that violates this Section, at our discretion, with or without notice.
8. Content you submit
You retain ownership of the content you submit to PepHookup — your profile text, photos, reviews, consultation requests, and similar material (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant PepHookup, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish the User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This license survives your account closure only to the extent needed to keep already-published material available (for example, an approved review remains visible on a provider’s profile after you delete your account).
You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, violate any law, or disclose information you don’t have permission to share.
9. Reviews
Patient reviews are governed by the Review Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: only signed-in users may leave reviews, every review is moderated before publishing, and neither patients nor providers may offer or receive incentives in exchange for a review.
10. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
- Use the service to solicit or conduct activity that is illegal in the user’s jurisdiction.
- Attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, probe or test the service for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, or interfere with normal operation.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from PepHookup without prior written permission.
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications through consultation requests, reviews, or any other surface.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service except as allowed by these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
The PepHookup name, logo, site design, and underlying software are owned by PepHookup, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our marks or software outside the ordinary use of the service.
12. Copyright (DMCA)
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on PepHookup infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing content; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
Send DMCA notices to support@pephookup.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” We may remove material in response to valid notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepHookup, LLC disclaims all such warranties.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepHookup, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including damages arising from medical treatments, provider interactions, loss of data, or reliance on information provided through the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid PepHookup in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, the limits above apply to the maximum extent the law allows.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PepHookup, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your User Content, or (d) if you are a provider, your professional services and interactions with patients.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except for claims that must be arbitrated under Section 17, the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights, including the right to a trial in court.
Informal resolution. Before filing any claim, you and PepHookup, LLC agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written description of the dispute to support@pephookup.com with the subject “Dispute,” and give us at least sixty (60) days to respond and attempt a resolution.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Bexar County, Texas (or remotely, by agreement). The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and PepHookup, LLC agree that disputes will be brought in an individual capacity only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to support@pephookup.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your name, the email associated with your account, and a clear statement that you opt out. If you opt out, the governing-law and venue provisions in Section 16 apply to any dispute.
18. Termination
You may stop using PepHookup and close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. Terms that by their nature should survive termination — content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and the arbitration provisions — survive.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date, and for registered users we will also send an email notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Review Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PepHookup, LLC about the service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate without restriction.
